Tribute to your long life achievements !

Dear Paul, Where ever you are, I would like to share moments that always have been special to me. We first met in 1981 in Wenebostel. Almost 40 years ago ! We were both attending Hans Kuhn's periodic "Wireless Technology" training classes. You were 27, I was 25, both at the early stages of our c

    Sorely missed

Dear Paul, It has taken me a while to write this, as I still cannot really believe that you are no longer with us. You looked so well when we met at the end of January. We first met back in 1985 when I was joining Hayden Labs and you were in the process of being promoted to Sales Manager and we wor

    Memories to last a lifetime

I have been wanting to write this for a while now but have not had the strength. The numbness that consumes me over your sudden loss is indescribable. I have been so blessed to have you in my life for 36 glorious years, I wanted you for another 36! My parents thought the absolute world of you and gr

    Rest in Peace dear Paul.

You and I became acquainted during my visit to KG to meet Professor Sennheiser for signing the employment contract in 2007, and have remained good friend ever since. We remember your visit to Tokyo for the opening ceremony of SEJ in 2008. I will keep many good memories with you forever and please R.

    A tribute to dear Paul

When I joined the BBC from school back in 1965, the then Head of Technical Operations gave my intake a lecture. One thing he told us was “You will make many acquaintances in this business but very few friends”. Paul Whiting was one of the very few real friends I made during my career in television.

Memories of a wonderful colleague and friend. I first met Paul when he employed me at Hayden Labs in the Sennheiser and Denon sales desk.

Such a wonderful boss who soon became a great friend and mentor . Soon we were off with a small group of us to set up Sennheiser UK at Loudwater.. with a short stint organising orders from Paul’s garage! Paul made everything fun, work hard and play hard. We all loved him dearly. The Sennheiser crew

So grateful and happy to have such beautiful memories of Paul that I will hold on forever.

Working with Paul as a friend and colleague has been one of the best times and most fun experiences in my professional life. We travelled the world together, worked passionately, build relationships and achieved so much. We never forgot to celebrate, to laugh and enjoy life. I am very thankful for

    Sad News

I was very sad to read of your passing Paul which came as a great shock. I never knew you well, but through our long association from when we first met when you worked at Hayden Labs you always supported me in my endeavours at SSE, for which I have always been thankful. The last time we spoke I disc

    Farewell Paul, Rest in Peace

When I started working for Sennheiser UK in 1992, Paul was head of sales but shortly to take over running the UK office. I must admit, for a young 20 year old, I was just a little bit frightened of Paul – I think it was that beard 😊 However, I very quickly found that he was a great boss and very en

    In Memory ...

Dear Paul, Well, where to start? Our story first began when I was just 22 years old and fresh out of University. I was under the bold misconception that landing my first job would be easy – it was not to be the case, and after 90 job applications, I found myself one cold February day rocking up at

    Sennheiser Golf Days

I joined Sennheiser UK in 1993 when there were just around 22 employees. Paul was Sales Manager and shortly afterwards General Manager. From when Paul took over it was very much a team and as others have described, hard work with a lot of fun along the way. Paul delighted in giving me some inter

    For our dear friend Paul

Writing this is something that we never expected to be doing. Paul was our friend whom we met in 1984 when we became neighbours; two young families with new babies. Over the years his career took him on to pastures new but we remained good friends. We saw each other’s children grow up and have fami

    RIP Paul

I first met Paul when he interviewed me for a position at Hayden Labs in the late 1980s, in the pre-makeover days when he had big hair, big glasses and a big moustache. I remember him appearing to be very serious and remember thinking that the interview wasn't going well. Then he asked if I was one

It is with great sadness we are writing these words in Memory of our dearest friend Paul who we have known since the mid 1970’s. We will keep you in great memory, Paul

I met Paul a bit more than four years ago, when we were looking for a member for the Advisory Board for d&b audiotechnik. Needless to say that Paul was at the very top of our candidate list. After a few minutes, we were fully convinced that he was the right candidate for us - not only due to his exp

I must say that I am sad that Paul is no more with us. I saw him again in London in November 2019, and we had a great time together, discussing our long careers at Sennheiser. A very important person in my life

Slowly realizing that Paul is no longer among us makes me incredibly sad. I was honored to work with him for many years on Sennheiser’s Executive Team and Management Board, back in those days. Customers, the industry and everybody in the organization could then feel what was called the “Sennheiser-S

    IN MEMORIAM Paul Whiting

For 12 years Paul and I worked together at Sennheiser. In these years a lot happened that left memories of him which are not just those photo opportunities that end up in a news report. The process of working together started at the Old Farmhouse meeting on” useless buttons and lights”. Alfred, Andy

    Where to begin...

I met Paul in the mid 90's as team members of a small, international tiger team at Sennheiser which brought us evolution wired and wireless microphones. Paul was the GM of Sennheiser UK at the time and I was just beginning my career in the US. I recall hanging on his every word, as he was clearly a
